Thread: Door Seal Assembly

  1. #1

    Default Door Seal Assembly

The previous site had a thread discussing the odd shaped door seal assembly (item #5 on pg. 228 of parts manual) that attaches to the door jamb.

Has anyone sourced this part yet, or is it still in the works as for someone fabricating and making available a replacement part?

The indvidual who offered to reproduce them conntacted me out of the blue last week and offered to send my NOS one back to me. I had sent it to him so he could use it as a mold. Hopefully it won't be long now. Or he's given up. Guess we'll know soon.

I also sent him the rubber parts for the weatherseal around the door and the rubber bed mounts. Hopefully, he will see this thread and give us an update on his progress.

He sent my parts back. No mention of any duplicated parts. See post in Open Discussion thread.
