Thread: Just Purchased M715 - Need Feedback

    What are the issues with towing? We would primarily use it to tow an open trailer loaded with ATVs to the local off road park about 10 miles away.

    ATVs you probably won't have a lot of issues with, but heavier towing requires some mods. The main limiting factors are lack of power, extreme low gearing and the resulting low top speed, heat issues with the stock transfer case, and lack of braking. All can be corrected with a few drivetrain component swaps, but it takes time and money.

    As far as hauling goes look at this.



    The brakes are a small problem 4 drums,well you know keep them adjusted and keep me as a beneficiary.

    IIRC a campfire conversation at the FE you were putting a CB antenna in the top of a tree. Is that load of clay because you decided to move the antenna so you're diggin up the tree?
