Default These seats are a pain in my A$$

I recently ordered canvas seat covers from Wee-Bee webbing. I made my own fillers so they would look stock and feel comfortable. The twine that Wee-Bee supplied has me confused. I know the canvas goes over the seat frame but how does the twine get strung? Should I even use the twine or should I just make my own "rigging"

Doesn't the twine lace the seat so that it holds to the foam and the plywood?

The twine is original and should be strong enough to use.

I believe so, I just don't know the factory stock way to do it. If thier is a factory stock way? The manuals don't really discuss or picture the seat cushion mounting.

Yes, the twine is used to tie the seat cover over the srings and plywood. You loop the twine through the gromets on the underside to pull it all tight. I used a criss cross pattern when I redid mine, I'm not sure if that's the original pattern, but worked for mine from WeeBee webbing.

All this talk of lacing and zig-zag patterns, You guys know I've got velcro on my shoes for a reason. I'll give it a shot, hell it's not rocket science. Right?

Well unless you were never taught how to lace and tie your shoes you should be able to handle it. If not give me your truck cause you don't deserve to have it... JK. Yeah now that I remember just lace it to the plywood and springs and foam like you would lace up a pair of shoes.
