    Default Vin #'s for the Big guy.

    20945 Date of delivery 2-68, winch model,double checked on the frame. Whats the CM2-78 #'s represent? Those #'s are on the dash left of the steering wheel,same #'s on the back of the data plate.

    I dont know on the other numbers...dont look like hood numbers....

    I saw one at a military surplus store today. The vin # is 14218 with a delivery of 8-67. It was a winch truck. They have 3 more I couldn't get to today.

    Could that be a tag indicating the military did something with the vehicle (overhaul, change something, whatever) in 1978? Just a guess is all....
