    those rubber mounts dont go there, the jack shaft angle is plum out. want me to send you some pix of my t-case install ? i do like the GV O.D.

    Bob those are two piece poly mounts off a later dodge power wagon. there are the thinner second half between t-case and mount. I'll see if I can get pic up.

    THEY DONT GO THERE .... that t-case bolts solid to the x-member then the rubber mounts goes between the x-member and frame mounts. i,ve installed a bunch of them.

    Bob, the t-case was separate of the crossmember when I got it, had to talk like like the dickens to get him to let me get the stock crossmember. So I did'nt see any bushings, what led me to believe there was bushings there was the discrepancy between the size of the bolts that held it on (7/16) and the size of the hole in the cross member(3/4) So I expanded the hole size in the crossmember to accept the new poly bushings. What is the difference of mounting the bushings there vs on the frame/crossmember?

    t-case flex. and cab floor clearence. you ,d be alot better off useing the stock t-case mount and fabing the mounts up to the t-case like fisherman did.
    when you use the mount like you got its a bugger to get floor clearence as you,ll see. and those holes you opened up , the reason they were a little big was they were loose and egg shaped thew holes. weld em up and bolt it in like its supposed to be is what i,d do if i was going to use thew top style mount. let me send you some pic,s of one installed . i need your email address to do it.

    Bob, could you just post those pic's on here? I need to see this too, I'm almost to this point, well it's next on the list anyway. But that would help me out alot, thanks........Tracy

    I am at that point also. The main problem I see is the shaft angle plus the angle of the bushings. That type is made to work best on a flat surface (not at a angle) . Also the front shaft looks as though it may hit the factory frame opening with the tcase mounted that low. Whats the box behind it? Are you planing on a body lift?
