Thread: Parts and Future Availability

    Post Parts and Future Availability

I noticed alot more companies have parts available for our trucks. Like Saturn Surplus, MECO, Vintage Power Wagons and Surplus City Jeep Parts. My question to ya'll is how much more will become available and how long will the supplies last? Opinions?

In comparison, the M37 I used to own 7 years ago I could never find parts for, but now you can find just about everything NOS or repo. Just a thought.

M715 parts suppliers are in decline. Less availability and higher price. MECO has been selling parts aggressively on ebay in the last 9 months. I can only guess that this is part of a liquidation of their existing inventory.

So, if a person wanted to keep a stock truck running for a few years ,what would you reccomend buying from the liquidations ?

Another truck and the consumables. Cap, rotor, points, coils, engine seals, axle seals, etc...
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.
