    I PM'd Joe with details, in brief my driver side looks like it hit a tree in Yosemite so I have to build my own guard and fix fenders. I promise it will fit my rig, but can't promise a perfect fit on an unbent rig.

    I've read that some have used solid bar. I have the bend tooling to make it from tubing. Any preferences before I make more than one mistake? Has anyone tried it with slightly bigger tubing? like 1 1/8". Are there any pics of custom brush guards? That look good...

    That some would be me. I used flat stock and solid bar, makes for a much more heavy duty brushguard over tubing. Looks pretty good too. I'll see if I can post up a pic or two.

    Lundstrom. Two M-37 front fenders, wired together and wrapped in cardboard, maybe some door handles, maybe the CRS has got me too.....
