    Default transfer shifter rod ajustment

Well you guys have been spot on with all your info thank you for that. I'm hoping that someone can point me in a direction to adjust the transfer case shifter rods. I've turned those adjusters 3 ways to Sunday and still can't get them to work right. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would need more information to try and help- what's not working? Is the transfer case under load?

Try getting the front axle engagement on/off first. That one is easy. Then work on the hi/ n/ lo one.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.

No the transfer case is not under load. What's going on is the ends of the rods were all taken apart to be painted . Nobody thought to mark our measure lengths so i was hoping for a starting point to try and get them adjusted right. I can lock and unlock the front diff . My issue is high and low it feels like it wants to go but won't. I'll spin the driveline and see what that gets me anywhere.

When I needed to shift out of 4x4 I always had to back up 5-10 feet to unbind the NP200 gears. Hopefully spinning the driveshaft will do the trick for you.
