Episode #3 is up on the restoration on this 1967 Jeep M725 ambulance. We are working on the fuel tank along with prepping the body for paint. Please take a moment to stop by and check it out. I appreciate all the views and subscribers as I get this thing started.

Sanding on the front bumper I did find some markings, but I'm not sure if they are original or added later.

Looks like 47th medical batt. 6 something and HQ 9-3. Doing a little digging around the internet I found that the 47th med. was active at Ft. Hood from 1962 until it was deactivated in 1985 in Germany. But I can't find a whole lot of info for some reason.

Thanks Dan! I plan on keeping them going for awhile since there really isn't much military vehicle content out there.

Been getting more work done on the new ambulance. I have it all painted, and the backgrounds and crosses painted. Next will be a markings kit.

Friday means a new episode of Green Iron TV is up. This week on the M725 Ambulance we are placing all the markings and decals. It's a longer video because there is a lot to go over in it. So, sit back and enjoy!
