Power washed the truck this weekend and found a number stenciled on the frame behind the passenger rear tire, I'm told it's a part number. "943869" in front of that is a "JUL xxx", can't read the x's, too far gone. Just a tidbit for anyone that's interested.

Note the mild fitting required of the firewall to ease the FE in there. 20220628_070557[1].jpg

Not sure what part number that would be...searched the entire -34 Parts manual and that number isnt there anywhere.

The front clip is off. I'm going to have to fab some steel back into the fenders/facia. Yikes...

What's the best source, if one exists, for body parts on these trucks? I've found rockers, but that's it.

    Thanks.

Note the bubba'd in battery tray in the right side fender. Anyone have a better location to suggest? I wonder if the tire could possibly get into it in a turn while deflected off road.

Both of my batteries are in the fender like that (6.2 diesel).
I've never had one of the tires hit them when 4 wheeling, but my trays may be higher up than yours.
My experience has been the front springs are decorative only, all the bounce comes from the tire sidewall, lol!
    Come and take it
