I couldn't find it listed in the parts manual
But sure enough, there it is in this photo that I have just taken.

I couldn't find it in the parts manual either but I don't have much faith in those manuals anymore.
Now I need to try and figure out where me from 20 years ago placed that plate. Maybe it's in the same place as the brake pedal return spring that I can't seem to find. Man - sometimes I just want to shake that kid!

My brake pedal return spring was rusty and broken.
I replaced it with one that I found at Advanced Auto Parts.
Can't remember exactly which one that I had bought from their store, and I might have had to modify the end. Can't remember.
Need Help, where did you get the white cable ties that attached to firewall?
Not sure exactly which clip you mean but I used these:

It clips into the firewall near the exhaust manifold and I used it to hold the speedo cable.
They matched what was on my truck but I can't say for sure they are the original part.
