I had some block huggers and hated them. The rams horn style I have now are way better IMO. I have a sbc with a SM420 behind it. No clearance issues at all. The problems with burning the spark plug cables and even changing the plugs was more pain then I liked. I like reliability a lot and I haven't had to mess with the header headaches since I switched.
