I was able to score frame is great shape, sanded it down and took it to a local body shop, they went over it again and sealed it.

Just me, but if I couldn't find a nice used one, I would gladly buy this.

It's a great deal considering that it's complete with glass already set in rubber.
I spent around $200.00 just to get a new windshield cut, and installed in my good frame.
I know that I have often fallen into the trap of "I am not going to spend that much; That is too expensive, outrageous!"
But after I was done, I often spent more than it would have cost. Let us not forget the time, energy and supplies used to bring something back. A classic example is my entire truck. Lots of stuff still to do (like replace the bed which would serve better as a colander).
