Grant steering wheels will work. Look for adaptor for early wagoneer or gladiator truck.

Exactly...the 63 to 73 Jeep pickups and Wagoneers used the same steering wheel...basically the pre power steering steering wheel.
As for an adapter kit for whatever year your M715 truck is and you'll get the one you need.
I had a 14 3/4 inch wheel on mine...worked real nice and helped with leg room...dont think I would go smaller than that without power steering but I would say it is a good size range, from that size up...
