Thread: stock axles w/discs

    Default stock axles w/discs

I picked up some stock axles w/disc brakes last week. I also had to buy a hoist to help me handle the heavy stuff around here. The trolleys really help a lot with moving things around by myself and will let me roll the axles right under the truck. Now I need to get my nos springs painted. The old springs sag to the drivers side about 3/4" and are in pretty bad shape.

bet you need shackels in the front, there bad to go bad. there rubber inside same with eye bushings in the springs. nic score in the axles. while there out of the truck it would be a great time to do a 100% service before you install them. jmo

Wow! Heck of a buy there.

Do you know if the brakes were done from the helitool kit or some other way?

I was told that it was one of the last kits from helitool. I had emailed him last year about brake kits. he emailed me back and said he was Retired and would be in Peru for the next year.
I got the paperwork with it for the front install too.
