Well the numbers tell you alot. The owner was in Da Nang, Beaufort, and Japan in the late 60's, or knows someone who was. That squadron, last I looked, no longer exists, so he didn't just make up the number. And that squadron and it's sister (VMCJ-2) weren't real talkative about where they flew and what they did.
