Jeepdan, I don't know where Wheeling WVa is but I live an hour from the Va-WVa line near Harrisonburg. I have to see your truck in person. It's pristine!

The local American Legion already has plans of filling up the troop seats with Veterans who wish to ride in the parade. The parade ends at the city cemetery, where the second half of the memorial service will be held.

Here is a photo from last year.
We know you can do it, your in the home stretch now.

I've been over the last week going through the PMC's on my fleet to get ready for the same thing. Our parade is just like yours ending at the Veterans Memorial at the local cemetery.

All kidding aside it's nice to see the pictures you post Dan. Thanks for all the effort you put in and share with the rest of us.

    Thanks,
Your are almost 6 hours away from me , as I'm in the northern panhandle.

That is a nice picture Dave Allen
I showed it to my wife. Now to start begging to her for a machine gun , and mount.

Finished up the battery installation today.
It was hard to drill a 5/8" hole in the NOS battery box bottom
But, I wanted to use a Flaming River keyed battery disconnect, and have it in a easy location ( I'm not getting any younger)

Now, I need to fab up a tamper proof cover over the switch connections.
The Sears Platinum AGM batteries should eliminate any corrosion in the battery box.

Dave, your restoration is coming along great, and I'm really enjoying watching it come together.
