Stock M715 Street Legal in New Jersey?

I am very much interested in buying a stock M715 in response to an ad I saw recently. Before buying the truck, I would first like to know whether or not it would pass inspection and emissions tests in New Jersey. Any Help? Again, this M715 is stock without any changes whatsoever.

I don't know NJ law. But you might want to pursue the vintage or historical vehicle tag if NJ has one. However, my tag in MD restricts me to occasional use and weekends, to shows etc. Basically, what that means is that you can't use an historical vehicle to commute to work etc. With historical tags in MD, no inspection or emissions test is required. And the tags are something like $51 instead of hundreds.

However, I will bet that you will get a different answer from everyone that you talk to, not unlike the IRS...
