It's the white decal just next to the light switch in my picture.

If you pry off the green cap you will find the unpainted jeep logo. It is possible that some trucks had the jeep logo button if they ran short of green buttons on the assembly line.

My green cap totally replaces the Jeep logo button, it doesn't cover it.

Uses the o ring for retention just like the Jeep part does.

Here is the decal on my m726. You can see where the 'good driver' decal was, too.

PS--notice the style of turn signal lever and 'Jeep' logo horn button. Last month of production 3-69.

The warranty sticker is also a new one on me. I must have been blind when I was in the army, or maybe I just don't remember, it was the 60's and early 70's you know. Alot of us don't remember for various reason's. Imagine a warranty on a vehicle in the jungles of Vietnam!!!

My 1964 US Army CJ-3B had the same warranty decal on it's dash panel, it needs a new one to complete the restoration.
I have got to order a couple of those

It's a debate whether all trucks had those, too.

Did it actually say "Jeep" or just "Kaiser Corporation?" I can't honestly remember.

EDIT: I guess it would have helped if I actually read all the posts and looked at the picture above......I see it did say Jeep although not in all caps like the Kaiser logo.
