Default Parts Truck- What should I keep?

I recently purchased my first M715 and it came with a parts truck. I have the parts truck stripped down to the rolling chassis. At this point what is worth pulling of the chassis? Axle shafts, springs, perches, steering box, tie rods, drums, brake parts, etc?

    Thanks

    Doesn't work that way.

Once you have the bug, you'll want to buy a 3rd parts truck to use for parts to get the second into running order...

    Lather rinse repeat.

Sounds like you have this OD sickness figured out. Don't forget about the parts trucks you have to get because they are too good of a deal to pass up.

That is what I am worried about. I have some time to keep it around while I finish my build, but I am going to PCS next year so I would like to my truck done before this winter. I dont want to rush to get rid of the parts truck and then need something but I dont want it sitting around when the movers show up either.

Does anyone think it is worth the time to pull the pinion and gears or the axle shafts just to have a spare set lying around?

If u have the room for them yes, especially if u are going to off road it.

Its a cost of replacement vs room and trouble to remove them

No. Those axles are worthless (as most M715 power/drivetrain stuff is).

Not worthless to me. My truck is disabled, ruined the ring and pinion when the doughnut shaped spring in the shim pack failed, broke I think. The pinion gear got out of line while I was pulling a trailer and chewed up the gears.
I need an axle now. There arent any up here in New York
    Feast or famine,
