VPW has them too. From their email ad:

We know that it is hard to miss any of these old Power Wagons going down the road but it is still essential to have a working horn. We do have in our catalog the original type as well as a new aftermarket 12 volt horn. New in stock, 12 volt Aftermarket Horn $50.

When I talked to VPW, I was told their horn does not look like the OG Military horn...

OK, after a scientific poll of one co-worker and one innocent bystander (client), the consensus was:

Herbie the Love Bug.

(Sounded more like the roadrunner with a cold to me, but my ears are still ringing from the 12v battery testing)
