Thread: Rubber donuts under bed

    Default Rubber donuts under bed

Where can you find the rubber donuts/mounts that go between the bed and the frame? I still have my originals but would like to put new ones on. There is someone on ebay selling some, but they are a bit smaller diameter. Thanks!

Hockey pucks with centers drilled out. I bought a case to do all my trucks eventually. Put yes the pads do show up on ebay. I think there are some on now under M715.

Even if the pads that are on sale right now are somewhat smaller (maybe?) our trucks will most likely never carry the load that they were designed for. So they might just be OK?

I bought a 24" piece of body mount material -- usually it is sold for the fiberglass CJ bodies -- then I cut out the exact width I needed and viola.

    Default Hocky pucks

I have used hocky pucks on several projects. Cheep, hard rubber , drills nice. No problem getting rid of the leftovers.

I used a boat roller. Just cut it the necessary thickness with a bandsaw. It already has the hole in it.

Thanks everyone I was needing this info myself. Got to thinking about it while unbolting the bed from my parts truck. Just wish I would have parked it under a tree before I took off the wheels and tires and had the tires removed from the rims.duo it's to hrave for me to remove alone with out damage and it dosent roll well on blocks. Guess I'll have to remove the tires off another one to roll the parts truck under a tree so I can lift it with a chain fall.
