One last pic to put a little perspective on vehicle size:
All in all a good show with excellent weather on Saturday.
No M715's at all, but a few small parts. Prices overall were across the board. Some were aiming for the sky, others were reasonable. Nice to see a few familiar faces (none from here though )

You'd probably not have gotten away easily though , Don.......
The conversation would have started over MV's, then progressed to Corvairs, then finally old radios. As the sun set and everyone else left, you'd have been looking for an out.

How is it Down Under, by the way?

I am in Melbourne, Victoria right now. It is 1338 hrs on Sunday so we are around 16 hours AHEAD of the east coast of the US. Since I have come over here several times, it doesn't seem all that different. I am driving here now and that took a while to get accustomed to. Prices are higher especially for anything oil related. It is not unusual to see a liter of engine oil for $15 AUD. And gas is $1.55 AUD a liter. My daughter and son-in-law work here and I am watching the grandson whilst they do scientific research in Sulawesi.
We have rush hour driving, aggressive drivers just like the US. Living in Melbourne is not what I would say people visualize Australia as. It is much like the climate in San Francisco. Up north in New South Wales, where they lived in 2006, the roads and countryside just looks like it does in Carroll County, MD. You learn the few differences like the elevator is a lift, the parking lot is a car park, the sidewalk is a footpath etc. But one can fit in nicely. I find the people very willing to make friends although you have to seem to make the move. I like it here but have no desire to move to here. Heck, my kid lives here so I have an excuse to come here.
They both work at Museum Victoria which is the "Parent Company" I guess of the Melbourne Museum, SicenceWorks and the Royal Exhibition Building. My son-in-Law got me in as a volunteer at the museum. So, I come to work every day and work for free. It is very nice because it gives me an insight into the real Australian life. I drive to the daycare, drop off my grandson, walk to the Metro station, ride the train to downtown, walk to the museum and start work.
One day, I will get over to Perth etc. in Western Australia. That is more like what everyone visualizes as Oz.
Sorry to wander off course...
great pics !!!!!!!
