Does anyone know why all my gauges would quit working at the same time? I have a brand new wiring harness and all the sending units are new also. I checked for voltage and all of them have 27.6 volts coming to them. Any help is appreciated.

Check to make sure that they are all well grounded. The ground connection goes through the dash and into the panel. It's common for this connection to become flakey and cause gauge problems. Also check that each gauge is well grounded to the panel itself. Seems pretty likely here since they all stopped working and they all have supply voltage...
Besides "check your grounds!" for the third time. Check the power lead into the gauges. The spider wire makes it nice and easy, but make sure all the Packard fittings are actually connecting and not just slid over inside the cover.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.

I know that some of these connector covers are getting hard due to age. You can put a little Armor All or silicone spray on them and they will slip together easier. The outside connector cover should go all the way to the groove around the smaller one.
Vasoline works great with them too. I have had several male connectors miss the female connector and still the cover goes all the way over. Especially, the newer style fittings found on Grote lights.

Alright i checked the spider wire ground and I have a good ground from the spider wire to the body and to the panel. So my guess is I need new gauges. Unless you guys have a different guess? Oh I almost forgot I cleaned the edges of the gauges and the edges of the panel where the gauges mount.

I'm a little confused... The spider harness should provide positive voltage to feed the gauges, while the gauges themselves (housings/ mounts) all ground to the panel, which is grounded to the dash. Seems odd they would all stop working.Alright i checked the spider wire ground and I have a good ground from the spider wire to the body and to the panel.
Do you just mean that using a voltmeter you have 24v between the spider harness and the body or panel?
I think i may have missed wired the truck but im not sure it is a vintage maine wiring harness so here goes i have the battery grounded to the body and then the body grounded to the frame and the problems didnt start until i grounded the body to the frame and the problems didnt start until I did that so i guess tomorrow I will take the grounding strap off to see if that fixes it.
