As of the morning of Monday, November 14th, 2011, I will be locking the site at about 8am Eastern time.
The site WILL still be viewable and searchable but it will NOT be available for members to post to.

In this way, we can copy the entire site, lock stock and barrel, over to the new server and then activate everything there and run tests to make sure everything is working right..then we will, essentially, flip a virtual switch and we will be on the new server setup and I will immediately set the site to accept posts again.

Not sure exactly what the time frame will be but I will see if there is a way I can put up a note to say how its going or how long it will be...hopefully a few hours should cover it. It is a little involved as the hosting company has to do stuff and Hammer has a bunch to do...hopefully it all goes smoothly.
