I think its Jeep Panels Plus that carries them, but I am not sure if they are still around.
If you just need the outer skin, a set of the rockers for the Wagoneer will work. 2 door versions are a little harder to find panels for than the 4 door ones. Both will work, but the 4 door panels have the cutouts for the "B" pillar in the top, so you'd either need to fill that area, or use only the outer skin and not the sill part of the panel.

I got mine from Classic to Current they was outer skins only.
