    Default EOD M725 recovery

Here is a link to some photos I took last Friday when I went to rural Indiana with a friend to help him pick up a 1968 M725 ambulance he bought it had been used as an EOD vehicle. I belonged to a late EOD vet that won a Bronze Star in the 1st Gulf war It will be restored as an EOD vehicle in his honor, red fenders and all!
Any additional info on EOD vehicles of that era would be appreciated.
    Thanks,

Looks like a solid truck. Tell him good luck with it, he'll find alot of good guys on here with lots of knowledge about these trucks.

Noticed that the truck has Warn locking hubs. Nice addition.

This will be an interesting project to follow, hopefully there will be updates?

Besides the red fenders, what else makes it an EOD currently?

Also, nice job on your WC's

Really other than the fact that the fenders are red and it belonged to a EOD vet. (deceased) that's about it. That's why we are looking for more info. The buyer was told that the truck was actually returned from Vietnam. Three briefcases full of manuals and other documentation came with the truck and the buyer hasn't had time to go through all of it yet.
Thanks for the kind comments on my WC62
