Yeah thats how it looks brute the bed ends at the under bed storage looks like he might have cut out the front wheel wells ALOT too. Im not gonna down someones ride cause he likes it and thats what matters. But i wouldn't have done anything close to that......

The extended cab and bed don't bother me so much as the front bumper, roll bar, tires & rims. With the bed raised higher than the cab, it really needs some tires, those look like car tires.
One strange thing, did you notice the front valance is bent out along with the grill guard?
