Does the timing need to be reset after the installation of the Pertronix electronic ignition? What are the specs and is it done by turning the ignitor? Thanks.

Mine seemed to run fine without any adjustments and that Pertronics sits in there pretty tight. With that being said it is still probably a good idea to double check that the timing is still at 5 deg BTDC whenever you do get a chance.

I'd say to adjust, or at least check, the timing after any work on the distributor.
