Default Need Zoner help in Austin

Hey all, my truck arrived in Austin yesterday delivered to the new owner. The problem is that the truck wont turn over now. It has always run flawlessly, all new parts and systems.
Based on the delivery drivers description of how it acts, either the batteries are drained (Del. DRI. confused the 3 lever sw with the on/off) or the foot starter is bad.
Would anybody be willing to go by this guys place and take a look? He's totally unfamiliar with the truck and needs help. I am affraid he'll mess something up if he get's in there mucking around without knowing what he's doing.
It would mean the world to me and would speak highly of the Zone if anybody close could volunteer to lend a hand.

Thanks a million and if anyone can help I'll PM the new owners contact info. Plus you'll get a chance to work on a pristine, clean as an aircraft truck, you won't even get your tools dirty.

I posted contact info in the other thread. If he still doesn't have it by Saturday, I could go down then.
