Ok, I need something picked up and shipped. Had someone that wanted to donate something but they are unable (physically) to get out to ship it.

You might be able to accomplish that by using uShip. I believe there's a field where you can add notes about the shipment. I had my tires shipped that way and was very happy about the experience.
