    What do you think a 1986 M1038A2 with 26k miles, rust free is worth. I have a guy offering one at 5000. Deal or no deal? The 6.2 concerns me. The rust-free dent-free low mile truck is interesting. Seller says he has more than 5k in it.

    5k would be a good deal, unless it's stolen. Does he have a clear title? I would be very suspicious since I thought m1038's went for $20-30k. Even a broke down parts truck is $10k.

    Truck was actually a 1028A3. Paperwork was ok, truck was excellent, so I bought it.

    Roy, I have a buddy with LOTS of 6.2 and 6.5s in the cans. Don't worry about motor parts. I lost your number, my last cell died with no number retrieval. Can you give me a buzz when you are free? I have a pile of parts to bring down to you.
