Well, after a long rest period after moving to Northwest Arkansas, I am making some progress. I got my hands on a NP205 for $150 (steal), already had the machining done for the e-brake swap, bought a set of Hummer 36x12.50LT16.5, changed out my front hubs and most importantly, got my floor pans fixed. Check on the progress and as soon as it cools down a bit... humid here right now...I will fit my seats in and begin teardown.

On a side note...has anyone else ever noticed that when you haul your M715 around town people look, stare, honk, wave and give the thumbs up as much as they would if you had a naked woman in the bed of the truck? I love it!

Yes, unfortunately and all too well. My truck isn't in driving condition just yet but you do get loads of attention. Kinda screws with traffic too.
