    Default Door Locks again

Have purchased Door locks from BJ (price is nice, only 20$).
But they are round types, can't find type that fits the M-door.

The 715 doesn't have any locks on the doors. The ones they are showing on your links are the correct ones for the Wagoneer/J-truck - and 715 if equipped for locks.

You will need to find a mechanism for a Jeep Wagoneer or j-Truck. Cut - splice - weld the bits to make it work. Haven't installed mine yet, but have cut them and welded them back together.

(You will also have to cut a round hole in the door to install the lock.)

If having door locks is a priority you might want to look into getting a pair of FSJ doors and doing the mod to fit them to the 715. Drilling the rould hole into the door skin - in the right place - would be a pain.

The doors can be locked from the inside but not locked from the outside. Some PO, or possibly the military, welded two hoops to the drivers side of mine - one to the edge of the door, and the other on the edge of the body panel - so that a padlock can be passed thru the hoops to secure the vehicle.

If you are worried about someone driving off with it rather than stealing the contents then look under the drivers seat for some chain. Since most military vehicles either don't have keys, or are all keyed the same, they usually had a chain secured to the floor somehow (welded or bolted) that they would run up thru the steering wheel and lock, not allowing turns.
