Does anyone know the auto zone part# for the fuel pump without the vacum pump that fits the original engine?
From the AutoZone web site: fuel pump Airtex p/n 6510 $41
based on 1964 wagoneer with 2.8L (230cid) 6cyl OHC engine
http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...uestid=1095200
That is the correct number...6510.
(I coincidentally just 10 minutes ago found an old note I made at autozone some years ago with that info on it.)
Lord send your Holy Ghost into our hearts and make the desire of our hearts Your Will.
Pro-choice, that's a LIE, babies don't choose to die!!
Oreilys has them, $49.00,ordered one last Friday, picked it up Sat morning, said it was the only one in the midwest warehouses. It just happened that the warehouse was 90 miles away,so I got it overnight. Spent over 1/2 hour at Napa ,without success, was in and out of Orielys in less 3minutes and had it the next day. I gave them the part number at both places,so they didn't even have to look up the application.
