    Default Water tank value?

I have 2 water tanks that came with my M715's that were built and used for brush fire trucks by the Forestry Dept. I want to sell them both (ASAP) but have no idea what to ask for the pair. Any ideas on value or any interest in purchasing them by any members before I list them on Craigslist? If not gone soon, they'll be scrap metal.

Are they steel, stainless, or aluminum?

I could be wrong, but steel that was used for water may not be worth much more than scrap. Of course, I'm reminiscing about the ones I've had that were nearly rotted out and full of scale/scum.

All steel and in fair shape still. They came from Vacaville,Ca and the trucks were parked inside so not too much rust. They have a sediment recess in the bottom to keep debris out of the pump.

How big are they? Can you post a pic? If you were closer I would take one. Anyone coming to Texas?

I tried to post a pic last night and couldn't Kwai. If you'd like, I can email you a couple. Maybe you could pick one up when you come for the Jeep Al's gonna look at for you. They are roughly 4' wide x 4' long x 1 1/2' high and the entire top is bolted on with a seal to ease cleaning or repairs from the inside. Hate to just scrap em but it's gonna happen soon if I can't sell them for any more than scrap price.
