    Default 4.0 swap

    Has anyone swaped a 4.0 into a 715,what bellhousing would be needed?

    I don't think it's easy to bolt to the T98, but there are several people with AMC V8's out there, so it may be worth searching to see what they did.

    What I would do is to find a nice 2WD overdrive transmission that already bolts to the 4.0 and use that instead.
