need help with throw out bearing

I have 3 whole days off for Christmas.
I need the same throw out bearing that was in a Novak converted 68 donor.
If I can get the right bearing I can finish the install . That would be my Christmas present!
Can anyone tell me a part numberr they used or application tha t I could ask for.
The bearing I want to match is the one on the left.

The left one looks a lot like my stock 69 cj5 TO behind a buick 225 V-6.
I'll get out in the shop in a bit and see if I saved my old one. It sure looks the same.
Sometimes the bearing can be pressed off the collar it rides on. Does it separate? You should have a number on the rotating part. I bet it is replaceable.

I guess I needed sleep. I had quite working on my Jeep at 1:30 am.
I cleaned the bearing the bearing is made by Aetna model# 4069-5.
I went to their web site. The bearing is no longer listed. They have a good web site. I could not find an identical bearing.
The bearing inside diameter 1.375
outside diameter 2.95
length 1.83
fork grove dia. 1.62
If I have no other choice it looks like I may be able to press apart the bearing and swap collars. If I don't destroy it in my press.
