    725 'dome' light
Post by alosix on Sept 7, 2006, 8:43am

I've got a big hole where the surgeons light used to be. Has anyone come up with any sort of a dome light or other use for this hole?

Not really looking to restore my box as its going to be used as a parts hauling truck for our shop.

    Thanks,
    Jason

Jason, there are surgery lights out there - but they're kinda pricey. We did find some 12v bulbs (Par 36 type, 150w) that can be used in those surg lamps. www.bulbs.com

As far as other style lights, you could probably put in a household light fixture and run a 12v lamp in it.

I think Tacoma might have a spare that is in awsome condition.
