    Lets try this again.


    Welding final.


    Seam sealer applied after everything was final welded, rust catalized and cleaned with lacquer thinner and brake clean.



    Ok I think I got it right this time. Undercoated .
    Sorry Tim you'll have to send me new directions for making the pics larger. I was happy to be able to do this, The second time. Fisherman

    What kinda grinder is that? Looks like one of the super nice dotco's or something comparable.

    It's a Snap On Crud thug. Works awesome, A friend brought it over and dropped it off for helping him paint his car. Once you have one you'll wonder what you ever did with out it. It comes with different wire attatchment for removing crud and paint to a finer bristle for cleaning. I found out they are expensive, thanks to a link provided by Overland in another post I put up a few days ago. Fisherman

    Wow! The "before" pictures don't do it injustice--that was one greasy, filthy tub bottom! I can only imagine how much nicer it looks now than the pics show!

    Those built-in rocker panel guards are just the thing. Great idea.
