saw a post not too long ago about switching the shaft over, can't seem to find it again. Anyone know where it went?

It went away when the Zone server crashed.
What do you want to know?
The point of moving the rear drive shaft output from the passenger off set end of the t-case to the middle rear output is to get rid of that really loud whine. Some people have reported a drop in t-case temperatures at speed. I switched mine and got rid of the noise, but not the heat.
VPW has a kit they sell for around $175.00. It comes with everything you need to do the switch in about an hour. Several members have made their own components and spent less than $50.00.
