Little progress report, been working on repairing the large holes I had to cut to "repair" the damage from the P.O. (looks like he just beat the crap outta the firewall to "clearance" and then gnawed through the sheet with a dull gerbil where he needed a hole.

I'll tell you, while I don't much care for this work, for anybody who has to do it, .023 wire makes ALL the difference in the WORLD. I was actually able to lay a pretty decent bead and not have to "spot" everything. No warping, not a lot of heat transfer into the work piece.

I probably could have made it look a little better with some filler, but it's solid and water tight for now, that's all I care about...
