    Default Won 1st place

I won first place this past weekend in the big car show they have around here. I took 1st place in the Best Historic Vehicle class. For fun I loaded the truck up with manequins in period uniforms, added sand bags to the cowling and loaded the guys with guns and gear and a buch of other little odds and ends. Enjoy the pics.

And it's a driver, not a trailer queen.

    Congrats Dave!

That was the best, all the stuffy car show guys would freak if someone touched thier car. I on the other hand was letting everyone crawl all over the truck. Your kids wants his picture taken standing in the bed with the 50 cal, no problem lets hoist him up there!

Nice display. Congrats on the win! How many other military vehicles were there? At the shows around me there may be one or two, but that is usually it.

Did you get any pictures of the green VW next to you?

Also, the smile on the m60 gunners face is making me giggle.

Sweet! I also let everyone climb all over my truck. Kids love it. The last show I went to I got hit for not having an alarm system. That tells you they knew nothing about judging. First place was a 2009 Camaro. Going to a big one this weekend if I can make it. They are going to have better class seperation so hoping it will be a better judging. Once again, congrats!

    Nice!

Everytime I take mine to a show, its pretty much open to anyone who wants to hop in. Kids love it.

You have a great rig and setup and deserve the award. Take pride in a great job redoing the truck Beast!!

I wish I even had a running truck at the moment...
