Default New/ Pulled out of woods Yesterday/ Questions

Gotta a m715.. Where should i even start? This truck is a beast i remember riding around in it when i was younger. the truck has been sittin up for about 6-8 years. Far as i know the only reason it was parked was the battery. So im hoping $300-400 will get this thing running again. Sooner or later i want to put a Cummins in it. Probably later then sooner. Any thoughts?

I have seen several diesel conversions not all of them good. Neatest one I saw was one robbed out of an late 60s early 70s International Scout. All depend what you want it to do.
