    Default Parts supliers

I had some problems this morning. My water pump decided to blow up. Does any one know a good parts supplier that would have a radiator, water pump, thermostat, and fan?

Will the radiator off of a J truck work on a M715?

    Thanks,
    Anson

The J trucks never had a radiator with 3 cores to fit the 230 hose locations that would bolt into the M715.

There is a 2 core that will bolt in but isnt enough to keep the 230 cool in the heat of summer.

Some of the later 4 core ones can be made to work by:
moving the passenger side radiator support over to the far right hole that is there to mount wider radiators...

    AND

by having the upper and lower hose connections cutout and brazed shut with new hose locations made on the opposite side of the radiator...

    AND

one has to cut a bit of the header panel in front of the top of the radiator to fit the upper tank into the body.

Easiest to get a cj7 v8 coversion radiator and save the time and hassles...and some bucks...

    Rest of the parts:

    Memphis Equipment
    Vintage Power Wagons
    Surplus City Jeep Parts
    A.B. Linn (possibly)
