I think I ordered for a mid '70's model. They are all the same sheetmetal.

Do keep in mind that the four door Wagoneer will work, but the sill plate is cut to fit around the "B" pillar, so if you have to replace the top sill you'll need the J-truck or Cherokee rocker. The Waggy and Cherokee are a lot longer and leave you enough sheetmetal to wrap the back of the cab corner too if you need that.

Didn't someone on here replace their rockers with 1/4" steel or something like it?

If you decide to use a wagoneer rocker like Randy said, you might try keystone-auto. You should have one located on Jefferson st. in Palmyra NJ. I have had good luck with other repair panels from Keystone. It doesn't say if it is OE style or slip fit though.

The panels I used for the Ford F350 I just did were from Keystone. They were slip fit. I didn't purchase them, they were supplied by the owner of the vehicle, so I don't know if there was an option. They were quite heavy gauge steel though.

The front driver's fender was made in Taiwan however and didn't fit particularly well. Mainly the mount points were a bit off in location. The body lines lined up well and once refinished should look pretty good.

What is slip fit? It goes on top of the existing rusted rocker? Who would use that?
Looks like I may have to call Jeep Panels Plus. Hopefully their rockers are real close to original...like I said, I was disappointed with their repro floor panels.

That's correct, they are designed to cover the rusted panel and be screwed or riveted on. Most likely the JC Whitney crowd would go that route.

    I wouldn't use a slip fit period...

I'll be calling Jeep Panels Plus today...I hope they look stock. I don't mind trimming and fitting them, but the end result should look factory by my standards.
    Do they appear stock?

Wow...$75.00 for one rocker plus $20 to ship it....$95 seems steep for one!
