I bought a pair off of e-bay for a Cherokee FSJ. They fit fine with a bit of trimming, but all I needed was the outer skin anyway.
The main reason a lot of cheaper patch panels don't fit particularly well is because they are not really designed to be a replacement, but rather to go over top of the rusted panel. Generally they are a bit larger and won't line up once you cut out the damaged part of what you're replacing.
I just installed a drivers' floor pan in a 1980 Ford F350 truck, and it was made to go over the existing floor as a patch. With a lot of careful trimming and fitting it worked as a repair panel, but not as clean as a true floor pan replacement panel.
