Default need help with shifter pin

putting the trans back in I found somehow I am missing the pin that goes in the shifter tower to keep the shifter from pivoting. I know its not in the trans because I just went through it. can someone tell me the length of the pin, I have 1/4 pins at work but will need to cut to size.

    Thanks

    Duane

Just measured one in the shop...5/8ths of an inch long and 1/4 inch in diameter is correct.
