Thread: wiring harness

    Default wiring harness

I have talked to others about the wiring harness, and since I'm making up a jig to make 4 wiring harnesses, if others would be interested in buying one I was thinking about making a short run of about 10 of them.
All I ask is payment for material and some time. I am a licensed electrician, and since wiring is easy for some, like mechanical is for others, if anyone would be interested in buying one please let me know.

What kind of price are you looking at?
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.

Will not know until after I get the wiring, hardware and other pieces priced on the first one or two harnesses.
I am still in the Research/Developement stage right now.

My harness is original to the truck so without even looking I'm sure that replacement is needed. Long story short, depending on the price I will be interested. Let us know. Thanks.

SO...you are doing a Full-Harness for a "Stock" set up?
If so, how well would it work with some non-stock stuff?
I am interested, though I have no need to keep it stock as I am looking for function, reliability, and usefulness.
Most aftermarket harnesses start in the $350 area and go to $1000+ range depending on complexity and such.

    Please keep us updated!
