Oh... now it showed up. That looks like a stock ignition power switch that would usually be found below the 3-lever light switch on the dash. What's it wired to?

The stock ignition switch is where it should be. The wires conected to this switch are cut so I'm not sure where they would go to.
Looks like a battery cut-off to me.

I would bet its someones added battery cutoff switch too...NOT stock.
Not stock but not a bad idea for security.
I will probably be doing something similar with mine, only putting a keyed switch in the glovebox and putting a stock switch back on the dash panel.

As do many former brush fire trucks, my water truck M715 has a cutoff switch that I need to move to a less conspicuous location for anti theft purposes.
